Kourtney Kardashian vs. Viola Davis – Fashion Faceoff

Who would've thought these two would go for the same gown? In this fashion faceoff, the most style-savvy of the ubiquitous Kardashian sisters, Kourtney, takes on none other than Oscar-nominated actress Viola Davis, who just earned some of the best reviews of her career for her performance in "The Help." But can she come out on top in a red carpet battle? We shall see as both strutted their stuff in a winter white column "Penelope" dress by Raoul less than four months apart. Now it's up to us to decide just who wore it better.

Kourtney, 32, wore the design February 26 for the 20th Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation's Oscar viewing party in Los Angeles. The reality star, who is expecting her second child, accessorized with her baby bump, gold hoop earrings, bangle bracelets, a silver clutch, and an elegant updo.

Viola, 46, sported the dress — and a cropped coif — at the 3rd Annual Governors Awards in L.A. on November 12. She added a gold clutch, long earrings, and a stack of gold bracelets.

What a gorgeous gown! And to think, it could be yours for the bargain price of just $1,155! But I digress, probably because — let's be honest — deciding which of these lovely ladies wears this look better is almost impossible. Both emphasized the dress' gold neckline by keeping their hair off their shoulders, and both played up the garment's Grecian quality with their jewelry. What it comes down to then is the fit of the dress. While this is an elegant way for Kourtney to hide her growing belly, I can't help but think Viola could find something more form-fitting to show off her fab figure. So for me, Kourtney wins it — but just barely. Do you agree?
