Spider-Man doesn't have the power to get rid of the paparazzi but he can use them for good.

Taking a page from Scarlett Johansson's book, "The Amazing Spider-Man" co-stars and real life couple, Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone, greeted photographers who had been waiting for them outside a restaurant on Saturday with two handwritten signs.

And where ScarJo merely called out the photographers for harrassing her, Garfield and Stone used the exposure for a good cause.

"We just found out that there are paparazzi outside the restaurant we were eating in. So why not take this -->" read the sign held up by Stone, which pointed to the sign held up by her 29-year-old boyfriend.

"Opportunity to bring attention to organizations that need and deserve it," read Garfield's sign. "WWW.WWO.ORG WWW.GILDASCLUBNYC.ORG Have a nice day!"

The British actor was named ambassador of the Worldwide Orphans Foundation (WWO) back in July a month after he hosted the WWO Cocktail Party in New York.

Meanwhile, his 23-year-old gal pal is the ambassador of Gilda's Club New York City, a charity to support people with cancer, for which she hosted the 5th Annual Benefit Luncheon in May.

Back in 2006, Johansson held up a sign for the paps which read, "I am being harrassed by the man taking this photo." Maybe it's just us, but somehow it doesn't seem to have the same power as Stone's and Garfield's.
