Nick Cannon quits radio show after being hospitalized

After suffering from mild kidney failure earlier this year, Nick Cannon revealed on Wednesday that he was hospitalized for a second time last week. As a result, the 31-year-old entertainer announced on Friday that he is stepping down from his morning radio show on New York's 92.3 NOW.
