The "Childrens Hospital" has just welcomed a new child.

Canadian actress Malin Akerman, who stars as Dr. Valerie Flame on the Adult Swim series, gave birth to a bouncing baby boy on Tuesday morning.

Back in September, when the 34-year-old "Rock of Ages" star had just announced her pregnancy, Akerman admitted that she and husband Roberto Zincone hadn't yet decided on a baby name.

"We're all set on the girls' names, but the boys' names we have a difference of opinion," she told E! News, adding, "I have to pop it out so I get the last say."

Akerman is front and centre on the CBGB poster.

Considering the couple, by Akerman's own admission, had been talking about having a baby for ten years, they must have debated over scores of names. "Sebastian" has a Latin source and comes from a Greek word meaning "venerable." In 2007, it was the 38th most popular name in Sweden, where Akerman was born.

Next up, the Toronto native is set to star as Debbie Harry from Blondie in "CBGB." Currently in postproduction, the film revolves around the titular New York music club's founder Hilly Kristal (played by British actor Alan Rickman) and how it became instrumental in New York's '70s punk movement.

Akerman was front and center in the film's first promotional poster, which was revealed earlier this month.
