Jennie Garth is home again.

The 40-year-old "A Little Bit Country" star has been in Toronto for the past few weeks filming the ABC Family movie "Home Again," but she returned to Los Angeles over the weekend.

On Friday, Garth posted photos from her makeshift wrap party, alongside celebrity makeup artist Dana Michelle Hamel, with the two ladies mugging for the camera.

"Could not be dorkier! #toomuchfun #ourownwrapparty #loosers" she wrote.

Two days later, Garth posted an image of herself in the TIFF Bell Lightbox in what appeared to be violet pyjamas, jumping for joy.

"That's a wrap!!! #homeagain" she captioned it.

For the past month, Garth has been filming the lead role in "Home Again," an ABC Thanksgiving movie about a workaholic city slicker who returns to her small hometown and for turkey day.

On set, the "Beverly Hills, 90210" alum visited the Cawthra Estate, a heritage home in Mississauga, and its surrounding woods.

"Just another day on set with @CameronMathison #hardatwork lol #orhardlyworking," she wrote on Instagram with an image of the duo, inexplicably dropping their pants.

Jokes aside, Garth was happy to be in the snow after a life of sunshine.

"I come from Southern California...this is a big deal people #snowboots #winterincanada #grateful," she wrote on Instagram with a picture of her snow boots.

The cast and crew were also treated to some delicious local bites. Not only did they have a taste of the T.Dot's vegetarian staple Fresh, they also indulged in cupcakes from Beaches institution Life Is Sweet.

Off set, Garth also explored the city, along with her dog, Pearl, who experienced her first snowfall in a local park early last month. On Jan. 20, the actress took some time out for a performance at Toronto's famed jazz club, The Rex.

"A little jazz reprieve at The Rex," she tweeted. "A stage full of white guys doin their thing."

Despite not understanding Canadian TV (first Oprah, now her?), Garth seemed to leave on a sparky note.

"Thank you Toronto for wintery January," she tweeted on Sunday. "And a wonderful shoot Until we meet again. #homeagain #goinghomeagain #bestfilmcrewever"

"Home Again" is set to air in fall 2013.
