Halle Berry wasn't exactly having a ball on Thanksgiving. The 46-year-old "Monster's Ball" star's ex, French-Canadian model Gabriel Aubry, and Berry's current fiancé, French actor Olivier Martinez, got into a holiday scuffle that reportedly landed Aubry in hospital and in cuffs.
According to TMZ, the fight kicked off when Aubry was dropping off Nahla, his daughter with Berry. After Martinez reportedly said, "We have to move on," Aubry pushed and punched the Frenchman before Martinez pinned the 37-year-old Montrealer to the ground.
With Aubry ultimately arrested for alleged battery, he clearly lost this fight. But is Martinez really the better man? Let's pit their relationships with Berry against each other to find out.

Back in 2006, Berry met the younger Aubry during a Versace store opening in New York. The couple dated for three years before the actress gave birth to her first child, Nahla, in March 2008.
But the relationship ended up lasting less than five years, with the couple announcing they were separating in April 2010. Though the pair appeared to be amicable in the months following the split, in December 2010, Aubry filed documents asking for for joint legal custody of Nahla.
In 2011, the couple became embroiled in a nasty custody battle with Berry's rep stating: "Halle has serious concerns for her daughter's well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time." At one point, Aubry was under investigation for battery and child endangerment after allegedly pushing Nahla's nanny while she had the child in her arms.
It was not until June of this year that the fight over Nahla concluded. Aubry can only be with Nahla if he is monitored, according to TMZ, and Berry, who is reportedly worth $70 million, has been ordered to pay Aubry $20,000 a month in child support.

In the summer of 2010, Berry met Martinez on the set of "Dark Tide," and the "Cybergeddon" actor did not waste any time wooing the Hollywood beauty. He reportedly met Berry's mother only a month after the couple were first photographed kissing in Paris in September 2010.
The couple announced their engagement in March 2012, despite Berry telling InStyle in 2007 that she would never get married again. Martinez gave Berry an emerald and yellow gold ring designed by Parisian jeweler Robert Mazlo, which she had reportedly been wearing since January 2012.
Though Berry planned to relocate with her daughter to France to live with her husband-to-be (to get away from Tinseltown's paps), a judge denied her request in November after Aubry reportedly objected to the move.
Is it just us or does Martinez seem like the bigger catch? We leave it to you to decide.
