Amanda Bynes Threatens to Sue Over Photos of Her ‘Drug Den’ Apartment

Amanda Bynes (Splash News)Amanda Bynes wants you to know she has perfectly manicured feet.

An unflattering set of photos featuring the seemingly off the rails one-time child star appear in this week's In Touch magazine. The pics ― purportedly taken in her New York City apartment by photographer Giovanni Arnold ― depict "The Darkest Night of Her Life," according to the mag, and show her smoking what appears to be pot ... and rocking some seriously gnarly feet, which were "full of cuts and bruises."

"That's not my bed! Those aren't my toes! My toes are pedicured!" the 27-year-old tweeted by way of denial. "I have to sue because that's not my apartment, those aren't my clothes! They morphed photos of my face onto someone's body to ruin my life!"

In Bynes's rambling, exclamation point-laden post, she didn't seem as bothered by the allegations of drug use (the magazine refers to her apartment as a "drug den" and noted that there were suspicious-looking baggies strewn about) or that she brought two men she didn't know to her apartment to party as she was that there was an unflattering photo of her on the mag cover.

"They used an old shot of me on the cover with a bad angle of my old nose before I had surgery to reshape my profile and to remove the webbing from my eyes," she wrote. "I care about my appearance so I have to defend myself! ... I only want photos of my gorgeous new nose on the cover of tabloids and real magazines!"

She went on to tweet the name of the magazine editor who wrote the story, referring to her an "ugly faced woman," and deny that she partied with Arnold, snipping that she'd never "even step foot in a room with that ugly faced black man."

On Thursday, the magazine released a statement denying that the photos were altered.

"The photos of Amanda Bynes inside this week's issue of In Touch speak for themselves. We at In Touch have done our due diligence and research on the photos and the article that accompanies them. In Touch has not altered or photoshopped these photos in any way. Additionally, the photographer has assured In Touch that these photos of Amanda were not altered or photoshopped in any way prior to the magazine obtaining them and they are, in fact, of Amanda Bynes taken at Amanda's apartment in New York City. All of Amanda's claims pertaining to the photos in this week's In Touch are false."

Meanwhile, Bynes reportedly exhibited other odd behavior over the weekend. According to TMZ, she was at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey attempting to fly via private plane to Los Angeles. However, due to her recent driving infractions, she has a suspended license and apparently no other government-issued ID. According to the report, she asked airport personnel to search her name on the Internet to prove her identity.

No surprise it didn't work and she couldn't board the plane. Though we actually are pretty shocked that she hasn't tweeted about it yet.
