Canadian magician Darcy Oake may have impressed the "Britain's Got Talent" judges last Saturday, but unless he can conjure up a U.K. passport, he may have trouble charming the rest of the country.
According to the Daily Star, viewers are already complaining that half the performers on the ITV show come from outside of Britain. Oake is no exception, travelling all the way from Winnipeg, Man., just to perform on the show's London stage.
The spokesman for "Britain's Got Talent" replied by telling the Daily Star, “Anyone can apply, irrespective of their past experience."
