When it comes to buying and selling celebrity residences that run in the tens of millions of dollars, the action usually takes place in high-priced cities like Los Angeles and New York. But this time around it’s the Nashville suburb of Franklin, Tennessee, that’s getting the attention now that country music royal couple Faith Hill and Tim McGraw have listed their estate there for $20 million, according to real estate website Zillow.
The next buyers will certainly be getting plenty for their money: The property totals 753 acres and includes four residences and a barn.

One residence is an Antebellum-style house, which, according to the listing agent’s notes, was the former home of Hank Williams Sr. and "needs restoration."
