Eric Hill, one of the suitors vying for Andi Dorfman's roses in the upcoming season of ABC's "The Bachelorette," has died following a paragliding accident over the weekend. He was 32.

"Eric shared his final journey with us this morning as all his immediate family were able to be at his side when he passed away," his sister, Karen Tracy, wrote on Facebook Wednesday morning.

"Thank you to all of your love and support and prayers and fasting. It was amazing to be with so many of his friends and family yesterday in the hospital who came to express their love for Eric. He gave us such a gift of a life fully lived and fully shared, and allowed us all to be a part of his last adventure here on earth. It is hard to think of life without his bright spark, but we know he is on to new adventures. We look forward to carrying on his legacy here and greeting him joyfully again someday. I love you so much, little brother!"

Eric had already been sent home by Andi at the time of his death. However, he

Matt Bomer publicly came out as gay two years ago, but he actually married his longtime partner, Simon Halls, well before that.

The "White Collar" star, 36, has worn wearing a wedding band since 2011, but until now, he's never publicly acknowledged that he's a married man. The duo wed in 2011 and share three sons, 6-year-old twins and an 8-year-old.

The news broke in this month's issue of Details, while the 36-year-old actor was discussing his latest role in the HBO movie, "The Normal Heart." Bomer revealed that he owes the film's playwright, Larry Kramer, a longtime LGBT activist, for more than just a role – he owes him his marriage. "I wouldn't have a lot of the rights I have today if it wasn't for people like Larry."

"On some level, Larry probably saved my life," Bomer continued in the Details interview. "He happened to be on set the day DOMA was overturned. In many ways, he's responsible for DOMA being overturned in the first place. He's an Abraham Lincoln figure — he has affected

"It was exciting and just a major, major compliment," the Nyong'o said of her cover. "I was happy for all the girls who would see me on [it] and feel a little more seen."

(People)While the Most Beautiful title is a major honour for any celebrity -- Nyong'o becomes only the fourth woman of colour to claim the cover since the first issue hit shelves in 1990.

The 2014 list did also include Indian actress Mindy Kaling and African American actresses Gabrielle Union and Kerry Washington, but People's annual issue does not have a particularly strong history of diversity.

  • Drew Barrymore and Corey Feldman at the 1989 Academy Awards (Getty Images)
On Tuesday, Drew Barrymore gave birth to a healthy baby girl named Frankie.

This is Barrymore’s second child with husband Will Kopelman. Barrymore met the art consultant (and son of former Chanel CEO Arie Kopelman) in 2011, and the pair tied the knot in 2012.

Before meeting Kopelman, Barrymore was notoriously linked to actor Justin Long, The Strokes’ drummer Fabrizio Moretti and of course, comedian Tom Green, who she was briefly married to from 2001-2002.

But a decade before Barrymore met Green in 1999, she had a mostly-forgotten relationship with one of the biggest teen heartthrobs of the’80s: Corey Feldman.

In 1989, 14-year-old Barrymore briefly dated 18-year-old Feldman after they appeared together on an episode of “CBS Schoolbreak Special.”

Although they only dated for a few months, they made several memorable appearances – and Feldman even showed up to that year’s Oscars with Barrymore on his arm. In Feldman’s memoir “Coreyography” he said that at the time, he was heavily into

  • Avril Lavigne just dropped her "Hello Kitty" music video, and no one is yelling "arigato!" or "kawaii!" in response. In the video, the Canadian pop star repeatedly shouts the Japanese words for "thanks" and "cute" while surrounded by pink cupcakes, rainbow candy, and bored-looking Japanese back-up dancers.

“I love Hello Kitty. I have an obsession, so I wrote a song called ‘Hello Kitty.’ It’s really fun, it’s about a slumber party and loving the kitty," Lavigne told Yahoo about the song in June. “It has an electronic vibe, which is very different for me, and it’s the first time I’ve experimented in that whole world.”

But maybe she shouldn't have, as critics were quick to slam the song and the video almost immediately upon its release. Here are the top five reasons people are plugging their ears and eyes when faced with "Hello Kitty":

    1) The appropriation of Japanese culture

Lavigne's video freely makes use of random Japanese slang and robotic local back-up dancers. It even involves a
